How to Use

• Follow the heating and cooling times printed on the packaging. Do not overheat
• Always wrap the pack in a thin cloth rather than applying it to bare skin
• Apply for around 15 to 20 minutes at a time, then leave a gap before repeating
• Check the temperature on your inner forearm first
• Stop if the skin becomes red, numb or uncomfortable
