How to Use

• Follow the heating and cooling times printed on the packaging. Do not overheat
• Always wrap the pack in a thin cloth. Do not place it directly against bare skin
• Apply for around 15 to 20 minutes at a time, then leave a gap before repeating
• Check the temperature on your inner forearm before applying it to the joint
• Stop if the skin becomes red, numb or uncomfortable
• Do not use on broken skin, and speak to a doctor first if you have reduced sensation, poor circulation or diabetes
