1. Delivery Areas
Al Hadi Pharmacy delivers across all seven emirates of the UAE.
2. Delivery Times
Ajman: Same-day delivery
All other emirates: Delivered within 2 days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, address accuracy and contact availability, and weather, traffic, or courier-related delays.
3. Delivery Fees
Ajman: Free delivery on all orders
All other emirates: AED 10 delivery charge
Orders over AED 100: Free delivery anywhere in the UAE
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout. Additional charges may apply only if special handling or verification is required for certain regulated items.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and accurate. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or an unreachable recipient, your order may be rescheduled, and additional delivery charges may apply.
5. Restricted / Regulated Items
Some products may require additional verification, such as a valid prescription and/or government-issued ID, depending on applicable UAE regulations. If the required verification is not completed, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
6. Delivery Issues & Support
If your order is delayed, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details.
