1. Delivery Areas
Al Hadi Pharmacy currently delivers only within Ajman, UAE. Orders outside Ajman are not eligible for delivery at this time.
2. Delivery Fees
- Ajman: AED 4.99
Delivery fees are displayed at checkout. Additional charges may apply only if special handling or verification is required for certain regulated items.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Product availability
- Address accuracy and contact availability
- Weather conditions, traffic, or courier-related delays
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are complete and accurate. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or an unreachable recipient, your order may be rescheduled, and additional delivery charges may apply.
5. Restricted / Regulated Items
Some products may require additional verification, such as a valid prescription and/or government-issued ID, depending on applicable UAE regulations. If the required verification is not completed, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
6. Delivery Issues & Support
If your order is delayed, incomplete, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and details.
