How to Use

• Cut approximately 45cm of floss
• Wind ends around middle fingers of each hand leaving a 3 to 5cm working section
• Guide between teeth using a gentle zigzag motion
• Curve into a C-shape against each tooth and slide gently under the gum line
• Move up and down against each tooth surface before moving to the next gap
• Use a fresh section for each interdental space
• Floss once daily before the last brushing of the day for maximum benefit
