Panadol Cold & Flu combines three active ingredients to address the multiple simultaneous symptoms of a cold or flu episode in one tablet. Paracetamol (500mg) reduces fever and relieves headache and body aches. Pseudoephedrine HCl (30mg) constricts nasal blood vessels to relieve congestion and restore nasal airflow. How to Use

• Do not drive or operate machinery after taking - Diphenhydramine causes drowsiness
