How to Use

• For aromatherapy: add 3 to 5 drops to a diffuser with water and run for 30 to 60 minutes
• For diluted topical use: mix 2 to 3 drops per teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil (coconut, jojoba, or almond) before any skin or scalp application - never apply undiluted directly to skin
