Super Plus is the highest absorbency Lil-Lets makes, for the heaviest days of a period. It is worth being direct about how it should be used: only choose Super Plus if Super genuinely is not lasting, and step back down as soon as your flow eases.

Higher absorbency is not safer or better. The recommendation with tampons is always to use the lowest absorbency that manages your flow that day, and that applies most strongly at the top of the range.

If you regularly need Super Plus, or your periods are heavy enough to interfere with daily life, that is worth mentioning to a doctor rather than simply managing.

How to Use

• Wash your hands before and after insertion and removal
• Change every 4 to 8 hours and never leave one in for more than 8 hours

• Dispose in the bin. Do not flush
• Toxic Shock Syndrome is rare but serious. Remove the tampon and seek medical help immediately if you develop a sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, a sunburn-like rash, dizziness or fainting
