How to use

• Remove a single wrapped pad from the pack.
• Open the wrapper and unfold the pad.
• Peel away the paper release strip from the underside.
• Place the pad in clean underwear with the wider back panel toward the rear.

• Wear for up to 8 hours or until soiled, then change.
• Wrap the used pad in the original wrapper or tissue and dispose of in a bin, do not flush.
