Oral-B Precision Battery Toothbrush - White

The Oral-B Precision is a battery-powered brush using the small round oscillating head the brand is known for. Battery models sit between a manual brush and a rechargeable one. There is no base taking up counter space and no cable, which makes them useful for travel or as a second brush kept elsewhere.

The round head is guided tooth by tooth rather than swept across in strokes, which takes a moment to get used to if you are coming from a manual brush.

Specs

• Type: Battery-powered toothbrush
• Head: Round oscillating
• Power: Replaceable batteries
• Colour: White
• Brand: Oral-B

Benefits

• No base and no cable, so it travels and takes up no counter space
• A small round head gets around individual teeth more easily than a long manual head
• Uses the standard Oral-B replacement heads, which are easy to find anywhere
• An inexpensive way to try a powered brush before buying a rechargeable one
• Guide it slowly tooth by tooth. Scrubbing defeats the point of a powered brush

How to Use

• Fit the batteries and attach a head before first use
• Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and switch on inside the mouth
• Hold the head against each tooth in turn, including the gum line
• Brush for two minutes twice daily
• Replace the head every three months, or sooner if the bristles splay
• Remove the batteries if storing it unused for a long period
