SiderAL Forte uses Sucrosomial iron, a patented approach in which the iron is wrapped in a protective membrane so it passes through the stomach intact and is absorbed in the intestine instead. That is the whole point of the design. Conventional iron salts release iron in the stomach, which is what causes the nausea, metallic taste and constipation that stop so many people taking iron at all. Each capsule provides 30mg of iron with 70mg of vitamin C.
