Lansinoh HPA Soothing Nipple Cream with Lanolin, 10ml

Lansinoh HPA Lanolin is probably the single best known product in breastfeeding, and its reputation rests on two things. It is ultra-purified lanolin and nothing else, and it does not need to be wiped off before a feed. That second point matters more than it sounds when your nipples are cracked and your baby wants feeding every two hours.

It is worth saying clearly though: cream soothes the damage, it does not fix the cause. Sore, cracked nipples almost always mean the latch needs adjusting, and that needs a midwife or lactation consultant to look at rather than more cream.
