How to Use

• Break off around 45cm and wind most of it around your middle fingers
• Guide it gently between two teeth. Do not snap it onto the gum
• Curve it into a C shape against each tooth and move it up and down

• Use once daily, ideally at night before brushing
• See a dentist if bleeding continues beyond the first week or two
