Body Builder Creatine Monohydrate - Unflavored 60 Servings

Creatine monohydrate is among the most studied supplements in sports nutrition, and monohydrate is the form nearly all of that research used. The more elaborate and expensive forms sold alongside it have never been shown to work better.

It is unflavoured, so it stirs into water, juice or a protein shake without changing the taste much. Creatine works by building up in the muscle over time, so taking it every day, including rest days, matters more than taking it at a particular moment around training.

Specs

• Type: Creatine monohydrate powder
• Flavour: Unflavoured
• Servings: 60 per tub

• Drink water regularly through the day while using creatine
• Do not exceed the stated daily serving
