How to Use

• Use with Sensodyne toothpaste
• Hold at a 45-degree angle to the gum line
• Use short, gentle strokes or small circular motions - avoid long scrubbing motions
• Brush for 2 minutes twice daily
• Apply only light pressure - the soft bristles do the work without needing to press hard
• Rinse the brush and allow to air dry standing upright after use
• Replace after 3 months or when bristles begin to splay - a splayed brush cleans less effectively regardless of stiffness
