How to Use

• For nighttime use only - do not take during the day
• Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 tablets at bedtime

• Do not drive or operate machinery after taking
• Do not drink alcohol
• If pain or poor sleep persists beyond 5 to 7 days, consult a physician
