Decozal 0.1% Nasal Drops is a 10ml topical decongestant for adults and older children. The xylometazoline hydrochloride formula works directly on the blood vessels in the nasal lining to reduce swelling and clear blocked passages caused by colds, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis, with relief felt within minutes. It is designed for short-course use during congestion episodes, not for daily long-term use.

How to use

• Blow your nose gently to clear it before use.
• Lean your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
• Apply 2 to 3 drops into each nostril, up to 3 times a day as needed.
• Do not use for more than 5 to 7 days in a row, as prolonged use can cause rebound congestion.
• To avoid spreading infection, the bottle should be used by one person only.
• Do not use more than 28 days after first opening.
• Do not use if you take MAOI antidepressants, or have severe heart, kidney or liver disease, narrow-angle glaucoma or pheochromocytoma.
• Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes or are taking other medicines.
