How to use

• Wash hands and ensure all bowls and spoons are clean.
• Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes and allow to cool to approximately 40°C (lukewarm).
• Measure 150ml of cooled boiled water into a clean bowl.
• Add 50g (approximately 9 level tablespoons) of Cerelac powder and stir until smooth.
• Hold for 3 minutes, then feed immediately using a clean spoon.
• Discard any unfinished portion after feeding. Do not store or reheat leftovers.
• Close the pack tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place. Use within 30 days of opening.
