How to use

• Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.
• Hold the pad by the wings and place it in your underwear with the adhesive side down.
• Press the wings against the underside of your underwear to secure the pad in place.
• Change the pad every 4 to 6 hours, or as needed.
• Wrap used pads in tissue or toilet paper and dispose of them in the trash, do not flush.
