How to use

• Unfold the brush to its full size, moisten it, and apply a small amount of toothpaste.
• Brush the outer and inner surfaces at a 45-degree angle to the gumline, using short half-tooth-wide strokes, and reach the back teeth.
• Brush the chewing surfaces with the brush held flat, back and forth.
• For the inside of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and use gentle up-and-down strokes with the tip.
• Brush gently along the gumline throughout.
• Use the tongue cleaner on the back of the head in a back-to-front sweeping motion.
• Brush for at least 2 minutes, twice daily. Rinse the brush after use, then fold the head back into the handle for storage.
• Replace every 3 to 4 months, or after illness.
