How to use
- Adults and children aged 12 years and above: take one tablet (10mg) once daily, with or without food.

- Adults with severe seasonal allergic rhinitis may use 20mg daily only under medical direction.
- If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember. If the next dose is close, skip the missed dose. Never take two doses at once.
- Do not use for acute emergency allergic reactions - this medicine takes 1 to 3 hours to take effect and is not suitable for immediate anaphylaxis management.
- Store away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use if the foil seal is broken.
