How to use

• Remove a test stick from its foil wrapper and take off the cap.
• Insert the stick into the digital reader and wait for the test ready symbol.
• Hold the absorbent tip in your urine stream, or dip it into a clean, dry container of urine, following the times in the leaflet.
• Replace the cap and wait about 3 minutes.
• Read the display: a smiley face means your LH surge has been detected and today and tomorrow are your 2 best days to try; a blank circle means no surge has been detected yet.
• Start testing on the day indicated for your cycle length, and test at the same time each day.
